چکیده

PURPOSE: Abnormal breathing patterns, decrease in respiratory muscle strength and endurance are some of the alterations, which observed non-specific low back pain (NS-LBP). The purpose this study was to determine efficacy Feldenkrais method (FM) on strength, Maximum Voluntary Ventilation (MVV), Total Faulty Breathing Scale (TFBS), Cloth Tape Measure (CTM) core stability among NS-LBP participants. METHODS: Participants were recruited from a rehabilitation clinic randomized either experimental group (EG) or control (CG). For EG (FM routine physiotherapy), for CG physiotherapy alone carried out three days per week over period 8 weeks. Outcome measures including Respiratory Muscle Strength, MVV, TFBS, Numeric Rating (NRS), CTM, Pressure biofeedback device (PBU) evaluated at baseline RESULTS: Forty participants assigned an (n = 20) based criteria. There significant increase inspiratory (MIP) (p 0.004) EG, but no change 0.455). also expiratory (MEP) 0.001), changes 0.574). In addition, pain, xiphoid process chest expansion improvement MVV CG. CONCLUSIONS: FM is potential training program that can improve variables NS-LBP.
